Through mindful movement and targeted mobility work, you’ll explore a variety of techniques to release tension, improve alignment, and increase stability and flexibility.
You’ll also discover the connection between the hips, emotions, and stored tension, creating space for greater balance, flow, and comfort both on and off the mat.
