Who hasn’t counted down the days to an upcoming vacation, waiting for the fun to begin? But what if we didn’t have to wait for a break from everyday life to experience deeper presence, connection, and joy?
We spend much of our lives organizing ourselves around time—watching the clock, managing schedules, meeting deadlines, and trying to fit more into already-full days. Yet we also experience moments when our usual relationship with time seems to disappear. We become absorbed in something we love, deeply connected, or fully present to the moment. What if we could experience more of life not by cramming more into our time, but by changing how we inhabit it?
In this experiential workshop, we’ll consider how our state of consciousness can shape our experience of time. Through discussion, reflection, and guided meditation, we’ll reconnect with moments of timelessness, explore what allows us to move beyond ordinary “clock time,” and discover how shifting our state of being can transform everyday experiences. Ultimately, you will leave with intentions for tapping into timelessness more intentionally and creating more space for the experiences that bring richness, meaning, and joy to your life.

Now Is Gone: Think Liquid to Navigate Neverending Change Book Signing
Change isn't coming. It's already here, and it isn't slowing down. AI is reshaping industries, eliminating roles, and rewriting the rules of business faster than any planning cycle can track. The old playbook, built on fixed strategies, binary thinking, and the illusion of control, no longer works. What got you here won't get you there.
Now Is Gone offers a different path.
Drawing on 30 years in AI consulting, technology marketing, and crisis communications, Geoff Livingston blends Buddhist philosophy with practical frameworks to help business professionals stop fighting change and start flowing with it.
Copies of Geoff's book will be available and there will be time for book signings after his talk. He will also leave plenty of time for Q&A.
