Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Introduces New Signage To Pair With Recently Launched Global Luxury Program
ALEXANDRIA, VA (May 31, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hung the company’s first new Global Luxury sales listing signage at an exclusive property in the Cameron Mews area of Alexandria, Virginia. These distinctive black and white signs will now begin popping up at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s luxury listings - properties valued at $875,000 and higher - all over the Mid-Atlantic region.

Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International and the Previews program, a world leader in luxury real estate since 1933. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialists are an exclusive group with the Coldwell Banker organization, making up under 10 percent of independent sales associates affiliated with the brand worldwide. On average, the Coldwell Banker brand handles approximately $130 million in luxury home sales every day.
