On the Roads
As of 7:39 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on I-495 near Braddock Road in Fairfax County.

As of 7:33 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the southbound right shoulder on I-95 at south of Warrenton Road in Stafford County.
As of 7:31 a.m., WTOP Traffic reported a crash on Rhode Island Avenue NE affecting both directions near Lincoln Rd NE in Washington, DC.
As of 7:30 a.m., a disabled vehicle may cause delays on eastbound I-66 west of the Capital Beltway in Fairfax County. Exit 64B narrows.
As of 7:30 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the southbound right shoulder on I-395 north of Duke Street in Alexandria.
As of 7:20 a.m., WTOP Traffic reported a crash with a pedestrian on N. Capitol Street affecting both directions and H Street in Washington, DC.
As of 7:12 a.m., a crash was still impacting westbound I-395/Southwest Freeway after Maine Ave SW in Washington, DC, according to WTOP Traffic.
As of 6:11 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on the reversible I-95 south of Dumfries Road in Prince William County.
On the Metro
On the Red Line, trains are single tracking between Judiciary Square and Union Station due to a disabled train at Judiciary Square.
Bus driver availability may cause delays on Metrobus lines: 83, 86, F4, F6, F13 and T18.
Mechanical issues may causes delays on V12.
An operational issue is causing delays in both directions on Y7.
An accident at H Street NE and North Capitol Street in Washington, DC is causing delays on X2 and X9.
Six Blue and Yellow stations south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 have reopened. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
Warmer than usual November weather lingers Monday. The National Weather Service expects cloudy skies to gradually clear through the morning with a high temperature near 79. At night, temperatures will cool to a low of 45. Wind gusts as high as 20 mph are possible Monday.
