CSA for art in Alexandria
A Torpedo Factory photographer is one of the inaugural artists in Alexandria's Office of the Arts' new Community Supported Art program.

Community Supported Agriculture has become a popular way to link farmers to consumers. With that in mind, Alexandria's Office of the Arts launched a Community Supported Art program to connect local artists with patrons. The Torpedo Factory's own Francine B. Livaditis (Studio 328) is one of six inaugural artists participating.
Only 50 shares are available and they are expected to sell quickly. Each shareholder receives six works of art in photography, glass, pastels, watercolors, and ceramics.
The CSA is a great primer for new art collectors to become acquainted with artists in the region, as well as for established collectors to support six artists with one share. Learn more about the project here.
