DC, NoVA Weekend Events: Festival Of Colors, H Street Festival

WASHINGTON, DC — As September continues, more fall-themed events are starting to appear.

We've rounded up local events happening Friday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, Sept. 19. This weekend includes Perchfest at Capital One Center, the continuing Old Town Cocktail Week, H Street Festival, start of the Cox Farms Fall Festival, Festival of Colors and much more.

When heading out this weekend, be aware of mask policies. DC is requiring anyone 2 and older to wear a mask in indoor public places. Virginia is recommending but not requiring masks in indoor public places.
