Doyle's Outpost Brings Arcade, Laser Tag To Alexandria
A long-vacant space has become an entertainment venue with arcade games, two-level laser tag arena, dining and more.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — Doyle's Outpost, a new entertainment center with food and drink service, is now open in Alexandria. It held a grand opening Friday, Jan. 10 at Seminary Plaza, 4620A Kenmore Avenue.
The venue fills the space of the former AMF Seminary Lanes bowling alley. After the bowling alley closed, the space had been vacant since 2005.
Doyle's Outpost features arcade games, laser tag arena, virtual reality experiences, full service dining and a bar in 16,000 square feet of space. The two-level laser tag arena is nearly 6,000 square feet and is filled with DC landmarks. Other entertainment includes over 40 arcade games and two virtual reality experiences. Tickets won from arcade games can be redeemed for prizes.

The full service dining menu includes appetizers, salads, paninis, flatbread pizzas, entrees and desserts. Guests 21 and over can enjoy cocktails, beer, wine, sparklers and slushie drinks.
Hours are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-1 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday. Adults only are allowed after 9 p.m. The space can also be booked for corporate events, parties and other occasions.
