Entertainment Center Eyes December Opening In Alexandria
Doyle's Outpost will feature an arcade, laser tag, virtual reality experience, dining and sports bar.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — The long-vacant space at Seminary Plaza shopping center in Alexandria is set to become Doyle’s Outpost, an entertainment and social venue. The owner said in a press release Doyle's Outpost is planning for a mid-December opening.
The 16,000-square-foot Doyle’s Outpost will feature a laser tag arena, virtual reality experiences, arcade, full-service dining and a sports bar. Late-night food options will be available as well, and guests can customize menus for corporate events, parties and other occasions.
Kevin Fagan, former owner of the Planet Fitness in the same shopping center, has been working on opening Doyle's Outpost since 2017. He wanted to bring an entertainment center to the former AMF Seminary Lanes bowling alley space, which closed and has been vacant since 2005.
