'Beast' at Society Fair

While others are going meatless on Mondays, Society Fair is going "BEAST"

This Monday, May 21st, Society Fair kicks off "Beast," where anyone can experience the artisan butchery of Society Fair’s chef, butcher, charcutier, Julien Shapiro. Participants are invited into Society Fair's back kitchen, where they will gather around the  butcher’s table for an intimate experience, learning  the tricks of his trade. The specialty cuts are then available to you ~ first. This season’s centerpiece is the entire side of the heritage breed Randall Lineback.
Beast will take place monthly on Monday at 7:30 pm and is $45 per person for the 90 minute " attraction."  Participants will partake in meat nibbles, instruction, wine (and bragging rights.)
