Life is Method:  Learning to Live in the NOW through   Conscious Awareness

An Experiential Seminar Series

Starting February, 2012 Elizabeth Ebaugh, LCSW-C and Mimi Malfitano, meditation teacher and workshop facilitator, invite you to join us in a monthly seminar series.  Conscious awareness is being aware of all your responses to situations and consciously knowing and trusting you have the answers and solutions to life’s ups and downs. This series is designed to move you closer to trusting your inner knowing and developing a greater understanding of direct perception.  How many times have you known what to do or not do but didn’t listen and trust your inner knowing. We explore this ability you naturally have, what it is and how you can build on it and trust it to guide your life.  As we gain more confidence to use the information we receive intuitively, taking action in the world becomes easier.

Through this series we will be introducing the concept of the field of awareness.

Direct perception (openness to knowing) and intuition emerge more clearly within us as we experience our connectedness to the field of awareness.  This field is the infinite field that connects every particle of our being to all that is.  When we know this experience of connection we no longer feel separate or alone.  The experience of the field of awareness allows us to feel more relaxed and supported in our lives.

Throughout this series you will:

• Develop skills to be present in each moment
• Practice acknowledging and recognizing your intuitive voice
• Learn to stay grounded in openness so you can experience your life fully
• Leap courageously into your creative process to move forward in your life

Each month we’ll introduce a new topic to explore.  The format of the seminars will include some or all of the following teaching methods: lecture, meditative experience, group activity and movement.

The topic for February will include exploring our Connection to the Realm of the angels and the archetypes.
