Gold’s Gym is hosting this Help the Homeless (HTH) event to benefit New Hope Housing.
Class offerings will include:
Body Flow (8 am),
Step Interval (9:05 am),
Cycle (9 and 10:05 am),
CXWORK (10:10 am),
Cardioblast (10:45 am),
360 (11:15 am)
Zumba (11:30 am and 12:30 pm).
Classes are free though suggested donation of $20-30 is appreciated.
