Pilates for the lower back will guide you to safely and effectively use your core to strengthen your lower back muscles to reduce and minimize back pain. Part 1 - lecture regarding kinesiology and the mechanics of the lower back. Part 2 - Pilates safe Master Class to increase core strength while protecting the lower back. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. We will be getting down on the floor. Handouts provided.
