The Royal Scottish Country Dance society holds Scottish Dance Class every Wednesday night! The class, which often features live music, has a special section for beginners from 8 to 9, and then dancing for everyone from 9 to 10. Scottish dancing combines ancient celtic footwork with the french tradition of minuet-style figures! Dancers learn the standard figures, and select from a galaxy of dances combining the basic forms! Athletics for the muscles and the mind!
