In partnership with the Petrol Free Gypsy Carnival Tour, Velocity Bicycle Cooperative invites visitors to bring their bikes to the Torpedo Factory for a free tune-up. Located in Old Town Alexandria, the cooperative promotes a vibrant and inclusive cycling community and empowers all levels of cyclists in building, maintaining, and embracing the fun of bicycles.
