Taught by our in-house Tea Maven, Nancy Novak, this is the fourth of our four part tea series which can be attended in part or in total. Prices listed below. Each session will be focused on different topics, starting with light teas, then dark teas, followed by herbal teas and finishing up the series with traditions and etiquette. About our Speaker: Life-long tea lover, Nancy Novak, has been educating students and tea enthusiasts for over a decade about the enjoyment and nuances of fine teas. Nancy graduated from L'Academie de Cuisine's Professional Culinary Arts Program, and later became the school's Assistant Manager for Recreational Cooking Programs. There she taught classes on tea, dining etiquette, and general cooking, as well as developing and teaching a course on tea for the school's professional programs. Nancy served as the Vice President of The Afternoon Tea Society, and is the former Manager of The Spice and Tea Exchange of Alexandria.
