Firefighters Tackle Blaze At Alexandria Home
BREAKING: Firefighters have put out a fire at a home close to the Masonic Temple.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—Firefighters responded to a house fire shortly before noon not far from the George Washington Masonic Memorial in Alexandria.
The fire was reported at a two-story home in the 700 block of Upland Place. The first crew quickly knocked down the fire extending from the side to the attic space.
As of 12:17 p.m., the fire was out. There were no injuries reported.

Police have temporarily closed roads near the intersection of Upland and Hilton Streets as the fire department remains on scene.
