Food Hall Proposed At Alexandria's Hoffman Town Center
The food hall on the ground floor of a mixed-use development would have 12 vendors.
ALEXANDRIA, VA—A food hall has been proposed at a future Hoffman Town Center mixed-use development in Alexandria. The proposal for 200 Stovall Street goes to the Planning Commission on June 25.
According to a special use permit application, the 13,130-square-foot food hall would have 12 vendors offering quick food, coffee and juice, as well as a bar. Along with 290 indoor seats, it would have an area for yard games as well as live music. The applicant could seek approval for outdoor seating at a later time.
The food hall would be located on the ground floor of the 200 Stoval Street development below residential units. The building was previously leased by the federal government.
