Four Mile Run Death Determined To Be Accidental In Alexandria: Police

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The death of a person found in Four Mile Run in Alexandria was confirmed to be an accidental drowning, police say.

Around 1:27 p.m. on April 24, police had responded to the 4100 block of Mount Vernon Avenue near Four Mile Run Park for the report of a body in the river. Officers found an adult man dead.

The man was identified as Keban Isaisas Perez. An autopsy by the medical examiner found the death to be accidental.
