Gunshots Incidents Under Investigation In Old Town West
Alexandria Police responded to two different gunshots incidents in the Old Town West area over the weekend.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — Alexandria Police continue to investigate two gunshots incidents over the weekend of Nov. 5 and 6 in Old Town West.
The first incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5 at the Montgomery Street and N. Patrick Street intersection. An officer on patrol had heard gunfire at the intersection. Evidence was recovered from the scene, but no injuries or damage has been reported.
The next incident happened around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6. Officers received a report about shots fired in the 700 block of N. Fayette Street. Officers recovered evidence but no injuries or damage was reported.
