Hangry Joe's Brings Its Nashville Hot Chicken To Alexandria
Hangry Joe's, a growing franchise serving up Nashville hot chicken, opened its latest location in Alexandria.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken is a growing franchise in Northern Virginia, and its latest location opened in Alexandria last week.
The Alexandria restaurant is located at Alexandria Commons, 3227 Duke Street, next to where Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana opened in July. Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The franchise was founded by Derek Cha, who also founded Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt in 2009 and other concepts, along with Mike Kim. Hangry Joe's boasts its own secret recipe of Nashville-style hot chicken, a type of chicken usually made with spicy seasonings.
