Hank's Pasta Bar Hiring, Eyes December Opening
Old Town North neighborhood eatery is holding an open call for positions today through Friday.

Hank’s Pasta Bar is eyeing a December opening in Alexandria, according to a post on its Facebook page.
The new restaurant, which will feature Italian cuisine, is located at the corner of Montgomery and N. Saint Asaph streets in the Old Town North neighborhood (see map below) in Alexandria. Italian restaurant Villa d’Este closed its doors at the location, as of March 31.
The restaurant is a new endeavor for Hank’s Oyster Bar chef and owner Jamie Leeds, who plans to work her magic on pasta in Alexandria.

Leeds opened her first Hank’s Oyster Bar in 2005. Named for Leeds’ father, the original in Dupont Circle and its other locations in Old Town and Capitol Hill serve up New England beach fare classics. Leeds has gone on to win numerous culinary awards and earned acclaim from Gourmet, Bon Appétit and Food & Wine.
Leeds is also in the process of opening The Twisted Horn in DC and has plans to open a fourth Hank’s Oyster Bar at The Wharf in DC, she recently told City Paper.
