HGTV To Feature Alexandria Lottery Winners
The Alexandria couple will show how they spent their lottery winnings on HGTV this week.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—If you live in the Alexandria area, you might see some familiar faces if you turn on HGTV later this week.
An Alexandria couple that won a top $1 million prize in the Virginia lottery will appear on HGTV's "My Lottery Dream Home" Friday, Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
Andy and Valerie Shreeve won the prize in Golden Spades Scratcher game last October. Andy bought the winning ticket at the Kingstowne Sunoco (5800 Kingstowne Center Drive). Rather than take the full $ 1 million over 30 years, the couple opted for the cash option of $561,798 before taxes.

At the time, it was a double win for them, as they were celebrating the birth of their daughter. Now they can show viewers nationwide how their family has enjoyed their winnings.
