Historic Alexandria Museums Closing Again Due To Coronavirus
Most city-operated museums are already closed, but the remaining three museums will close.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Three Historic Alexandria museums will close on Tuesday due to a rise in coronavirus cases in Alexandria and the region.
The closures apply to the Alexandria Archaeology Museum, Alexandria's History Museum at The Lyceum and Gadsby's Tavern Museum. Other Historic Alexandria museums have been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The three museums had reopened in summer months with restrictions after all museums were shut down in March.
The closures will be until further notice. A reopening date has not been set due to the changing nature of the pandemic.
