Holiday Inn on Eisenhower to Get Major Renovation from New Owners: Report
The Washington Business Journal recently reported that the hotel was sold for $17.7 million.
The Holiday Inn Hotel across from the AMC Hoffman movie theaters in Alexandria was recently sold and will be getting a major overhaul from its new owners, according to a recent report by Washington Business Journal.
The hotel was sold by an affiliate of the Hoffman Co. earlier this month to an affiliate of Wright Investment Properties for $17.7 million, according to the news article.
No word on the amount that the new owners plan to spend, but they did tell WBJ that the hotel will remain a Holiday Inn.
