Hunk Of Love Hector Is The AWLA's Adoptable Pet Of The Week

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Four-year-old Hector is the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria’s adoptable pet of the week.

The animal shelter says, “Hector is a big boy with an even bigger heart. … Hector is very friendly, affectionate and happiest when he is spending time with his favorite people.”

This 67-pound lunk likes cuddles, scratches and a laid-back lifestyle. If you’re ready for some couch time with a big head in your lap, Hector’s your guy. The shelter says this handsome fellow is a great balance of playful and calm, “making him an easygoing companion for someone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. He would be happy to join you on a stroll, but he is not very interested in going on adventures in the extreme heat.”
