IDI Opens Sales Center for Watermark
Old Town Alexandria's New Boutique Waterfront Community

Alexandria, Va., June 7 -- The IDI Group Companies of Arlington, Va. yesterday opened sales at a community in the heart of Alexandria’s historic Old Town. The boutique condominium of just 18 units is currently under construction on Strand Street across from the Potomac River. With the first move-ins slated for early spring 2020, eight of the 18 homes are already under contract.
“We’re thrilled with the early response to our community,” said IDI Managing Director Carlos Cecchi. “Watermark enjoys a privileged location on the Alexandria waterfront, in the middle of a vibrant block surrounded by Old Town’s historic charm and conveniences,” he added. Eight of the homes will enjoy expansive river views; but all Watermark residents will enjoy water views from a luxuriously appointed rooftop terrace.
Watermark homes range from one bedrooms with one-and-a-half baths to three bedrooms with three baths, and from 900 square feet to 2,900 square feet, with prices for remaining homes starting in the two millions.
