Jesus Through the Eyes of Buddhism: St. Paul's Nov. 2 Forum
A forum exploring Buddhism's perspectives on Jesus, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m.
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is hosting a November Adult Forum series entitled Jesus Through the Eyes of Other Faiths. Since Christians can always learn more about Jesus, we welcome clergy and scholars offering a wide range of perspectives from other faiths.
Join us at 10am in Upper Norton Hall. On November 2, join us for a presentation on “Jesus through the Eyes of Buddhism,” featuring the Rev. Dr. James Farwell of Virginia Theological Seminary. Farwell is a scholar of both Buddhism and Christian liturgy.
Come learn how Jesus’ teachings have inspired Buddhist teachers. 10:00 a.m., Norton Hall; childcare and parking are available.
