Jewelry Store To Close After 67 Years In Alexandria
The family-owned B&C Jewelers will close as the owner plans to retire.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The family-owned B&C Jewelers will close after 67 years in business, owner Vicki Forness announced on the jewelry store's website. B&C Jewelers is located at the Bradlee Shopping Center, 3610-G King Street, Alexandria.
WTOP first reported that the closure will happen at the end of April. Forness told the radio station she will move near friends in Williamsburg and will travel during retirement.
The store has been owned by three generations of the same family. Since 1953, the store has offered high-quality jewelry such as diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands and more. One of its special offerings is a selection of diamonds from Antwerp, Belgium, known around the world for its diamond district.
