Leesburg Man Arrested, Charged With Child Sexual Abuse Material
Jeffrey Steven Cohen of Leesburg is facing three counts related to child sexual abuse material.
ALEXANDRIA, VA – A Leesburg man was arrested April 22 and charged with three felony counts of receiving, possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material via a messaging app under the username Viking4216, court documents reveal.
Jeffrey Steven Cohen of Leesburg was arrested on April 22, 2026. He is due in court in Alexandria for a preliminary hearing April 24.
According to the affidavit for his arrest, Cohen’s home was searched on October 17, 2025, after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received about 10 tips regarding Cohen in the previous 10 months.

Officers say they found dozens of images and videos constituting child sexual abuse material on Cohen’s phone during that search, and that he had used the Kik messaging app to receive and send such material.
