Alexandria Data Firm Is Among Best Places To Work in Region: Survey
Silverback Strategies earns a spot on one of the Washington Business Journal's 2016 lists.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Silverback Strategies has made one of the four lists of the Washington Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work. Honorees were announced on Thursday, June 9, in a gala at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.
Silverback Strategies is a digital performance marketing agency based in Old Town Alexandria. The company currently has 21 employees who work on paid media, search engine optimization, analytics and content marketing campaigns for clients in Washington, Northern Virginia, Maryland and beyond.
Silverback is one of three Alexandria-based companies to make the 2016 Best Places to Work lists. The company is ranked #13 of 25 companies that made the weekly newspaper's list of small companies.

For 12 years, the Washington Business Journal has published its lists of Best Places to Work at extra-large, large, mid-size and small companies in 17 different industries throughout the Washington, D.C. region. The four lists for 2016 appear in the paper's June 10 issue.

Rankings are determined by an independent agency that bases its scores on employee survey responses to categories such as team effectiveness, trust in senior leadership and alignment with company goals.
