Light and delicate sponge made with butter, candied peel and sultanas, finished with crunchy hazelnut icing.

If you like to try something different, you can choose our Fichi Ricoperti at $24 are the most amazing Calabrian figs, which are baked and sprinkled with water to give them back part of their moisture then once cool are cut, stuffed with a piece of walnut and a piece of candied orange peel, pressed in wide trays and baked again. The whole process is done by hand. They are then coated in dark chocolate and packed in the baskets, hand made by one of the last basket makers of Calabria.
