ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Police say someone was robbed by several masked suspects Thursday night on Holmes Run Parkway in Alexandria.

Police sent out an alert about the incident a little after 8 p.m. Thursday and were investigating the robbery in the 5300 block of Holmes Run Parkway, they said (see map below).

Several masked suspects used force to steal cash from a victim, police said.
