Masonic Temple to Light Up Blue on Friday

If you’re around Old Town Alexandria Friday night, be sure to look up toward the George Washington Masonic National Memorial: It will be lit up in blue lights.

The blue lighting is part of Project Blue Light — shining a light on law enforcement on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day on Friday.

The Alexandria Police Department, Concerns of Police Survivors, National Fraternal Order of Police and others will be participating in marking the special day.
