ALEXANDRIA, VA — No Virginia ticket won the Mega Millions jackpot, but several tickets won runner-up prizes. One of these was a $10,000 ticket bought in Alexandria.

The $10,000 ticket in Friday's drawing came from the Meridian Deli, 1201 Braddock Place, Alexandria. Other $10,000 tickets came from Loehmann Plaza Exxon, 7269 Arlington Blvd. in Falls Church and Route 1 BP, 2307 Emancipation Highway in Fredericksburg.

Another ticket bought online in Vinton, Virginia won $3 million. That ticket matched the first five numbers but not the Mega Ball number. The prize normally wins $1 million, but the player spent an extra dollar for Megaplier, which tripled the prize.
