Apartment units are preparing to open at Alexandria's Oakville development, which also includes retail and an Inova facility.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Mixed-use development continues to pop up in and around Potomac Yard, with the latest being the redevelopment of Oakville Triangle.
The Oakville mixed-use development is preparing to open its 572 apartment units, according to developer Stonebridge and property manager Bozzuto. The residential units are located in two buildings — Raeburn and Ives. Leasing has started ahead of summer move-ins.
"With Oakville, we’re delivering a dynamic mixed-use community to Potomac Yard that perfectly
aligns with the neighborhood’s growth and energy," said Douglas Firstenberg, principal at
Stonebridge. "Oakville’s luxurious amenities are a wonderful blend of tranquility and recreation
for residents to enjoy while having immediate access to incredible dining and retail."

Both residential buildings will have apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Apartment features include stainless steel appliances, quartz islands, and bathrooms with storage space. Select homes will have private balconies, patios, walk-in showers and bathtubs. Community amenities at both buildings are a bicycle storage and repair room, tenant storage units, a pet spa with wash stations, garage parking with electric vehicle charging, concierge services and a self-service package room.
At Ives, residents will have access to amenities like a second floor outdoor courtyard with seating, grilling stations, a turf lawn and fire lounges. The building also has a clubhouse with coworking spaces and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. First-floor resident units have double-height ceilings and direct access to the street, including through a patio.

Across the street at Raeburn, one of the amenity highlights is a courtyard waterfall pool with in-pool loungers, other seating, poolside big screen and turf lawn. A fitness center provides equipment and private studio space, while an indoor multipurpose court accommodates pickleball and basketball. The game lounge has a bar, darts, shuffleboard, ping-pong and billiards, while the clubroom has a kitchen with a garage door for outdoor access, coworking spaces and outdoor balcony workspaces.

The first move-ins for Ives are set for July, while Raeburn will start move-ins during August. A separate townhouse community called Del Ray Corner at Oakville is open and selling homes.
Next up for the Oakville development is the planned retail — Founding Farmers, Dok Khao Thai Eatery, YogaSix and N&J Nails. Founding Farmers expects to open in late summer 2024.
Another major part of the development, Inova's Health Center – Oakville, will provide a full-service emergency room, surgery center, primary and specialty care and more. It is expected to open in fall 2024.
