Old Town Shop Moves Business Across The Street In Alexandria
After five years, Old Town Shop is moving to a new location after the old building was sold to new owners.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Old Town Shop is no longer at 105 S. Union Street in Alexandria, but shoppers will soon be able to find products at a new location opening across the street.
Owner Valerie Ianieri confirmed Old Town Shop will open Monday, Jan. 31 at 104 S. Union Street, which is across the street from the original location. The 104 S. Union Street is located in a building that dates back to the 18th century. It is the former location of Old Town Books, which is now at 130 S. Royal Street.
Ianieri searched for a new location for over a year in anticipation of the old location's building being sold. The building at 105 S. Union Street was sold to new owners, who will move into the location.
