Pedestrian Dies After Crash In Alexandria: Police

A pedestrian struck by a car in November has died, according to Alexandria Police.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—A pedestrian has died of injuries after a November crash in Alexandria, according to police.

The crash happened on a Duke Street ramp to southbound Interstate 395 on Sunday, Nov. 18. Police responded to the scene around 10:03 p.m., and the driver stayed on scene to cooperate with the investigation.

The victim, identified as Nelson Javier Galdamez Reyes, 52, of no fixed address, was taken to the hospital. He died on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
