Pedestrian Hospitalized With Life-Threatening Injuries After Fairfax Crash
An adult man suffered life-threatening injuries in a pedestrian crash on Lincolnia Road, Fairfax County Police said.
LINCOLNIA HEIGHTS, VA — A pedestrian was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night in the Lincolnia Heights area of Fairfax County, according to police.
Fairfax County Police said officers responded to a pedestrian crash in the 6400 block of Lincolnia Road. The pedestrian, described by police as an adult man, was taken to a hospital in life-threatening condition.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, police said.

Crash Reconstruction Unit detectives were called to investigate the collision.
Lincolnia Road Closed During Investigation
Police said Lincolnia Road was closed in both directions at Old Columbia Pike while detectives investigated and advised drivers to use an alternate route.
