Vehicle Hits Pedestrian At Busy Alexandria Intersection
BREAKING: A pedestrian was struck on Braddock Road near the King Street intersection.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning at a busy Alexandria intersection, police say.
The crash happened at Braddock Road and Marlee Way, which is close to the Braddock-King-Quaker intersection and Bradlee Shopping Center.
Police say the victim's injuries are non-life-threatening.

Eastbound Braddock Road was temporarily closed to traffic, according to a police notification shortly after 11 a.m. Metrobus riders on the 28A experienced delays due to the crash.
28A: Due to an accident on West Braddock Rd near Stadium Dr, buses may experience delays in both directions.
