On the Roads
As of 7:46 a.m., a disabled vehicle may cause delays on northbound I-395 north of Glebe Road in Arlington County. The northbound right shoulder is closed.

As of 7:32 a.m., a tractor trailer crash was reported on southbound I-95 near Neabsco Road in Prince William County. The southbound right shoulder is closed.
As of 7:28 a.m., a crash involving a pedestrian was reported on northbound Van Dorn Street between Pickett Street and Edsall Road in Alexandria. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Alexandria Police.
As of 7:25 a.m., a crash was reported on southbound Route 846 South in the area of E Holly Avenue; W Holly Avenue; Route 1401 in Loudoun County. Lane closures are in effect.
As of 7:23 a.m., a disabled vehicle may cause delays on southbound I-95 north of Warrenton Road in Stafford County. The southbound right shoulder is closed.
As of 7:22 a.m., a disabled vehicle may cause delays on southbound I-495 south of Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax County. The southbound right shoulder is closed.
On the Metro
There may be some delays on the Metrobus 28A, 33, 59, 83, 86, D6, F4, F8, H2, H4, K6, K9, P12, V4 and X9 lines due to bus operator shortages.
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
A slight chance of showers before 11 a.m., then a slight chance of showers after 2 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 69 and wind gusts as high as 21 mph. At night, mostly cloudy with a low around 41.
