Police Report Carjacking Tuesday Night in Alexandria
Three suspects stole a white sedan with VA tags WPH-2585, according to police.
The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a carjacking Tuesday night at the intersection of Van Dorn and Maris streets, according to an alert sent out by police at 7:52 p.m.
The stolen vehicle is a white Kia Optima sedan with tinted windows with Virginia tags: WPH-2585. Three black male suspects brandished one gun and stole the vehicle, police said. There were no injuries.
Expect police activity in the area. If you see the stolen vehicle, call 9-1-1 immediately.
