Poll: What Would You Like To See In Former Foxtrot Space In Alexandria
With a prominent retail space available at Washington and King Street, we want to know what readers would like to see there.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — From beloved businesses that closed to trendy new concepts, we know readers may have a wish list of places they'd like to see open in Alexandria. With a prominent retail space available at the busy intersection of King and Washington Streets, we want to hear what you'd like to open there.
The space at 701 King Street was formerly home to Foxtrot, which announced on April 23 that it was immediately closing all its locations. The closing left a location that sees plenty of foot traffic and vehicular traffic.
As Washington Business Journal first reported, the retail space is up for lease. Dochter & Alexander Retail Advisors is marketing the 701 King Street space as being on a "high profile retail intersection in Old Town Alexandria with top-tier traffic counts" with strong retail nearby like Athleta, Tatte, Lululemon, Sephora, Warby Parker, Patagonia, Anthropologie and Bluemercury.
