Power Restored After Outages In Old Town Alexandria
Power outages and intersections with dark traffic lights impacted Old Town Alexandria for part of Wednesday.
ALEXANDRIA, VA—Officials say power outages are impacting Old Town Alexandria Wednesday, June 19.
Dominion Energy's power outage map showed over 400 customers without power shortly after noon. That number climbed to over 650 at 1 p.m. Power for most customers had been restored as of 3:30 p.m. To report power outages, call Dominion Energy at 866-366-4357 or visit www.dominionenergy.com.
Alexandria's Department of Transportation and Environmental Services said Dominion is conducting emergency power work. Power to dark traffic signals has been restored as well. Intersections without power should be treated as four-way stops.
