According to a city staff report, the hotel can accommodate up to 18 guests with five studio rooms with kitchenettes and four larger guest suites. It won't have a traditional desk front desk, but the owners said staff would be on call for on-site assistance. Guests check in using an access code, while the hotel provides cleaning services and security through a key paid system and cameras. There will not be hotel parking.
