●       Feel more calm and centered in the midst of the many challenges you face.

●       Feel at home in your body, and thus at home in the world.

●       Slow down and appreciate all you have and the full potential of who you are.

●       Focus on the positive aspects of your life and strengthen your self-confidence.

This workshop will offer you tools to:

●       Tap into the MindBody communication that drives your emotions and thinking.

●       Focus on the life you do want, rather than attempting to do away with problems.

●       Become more present in the moment, and avoid being consumed by the past.

●       Access your indomitable spirit, and dispel your confusion and fear.

And you can use these tools to help others as well: Family, friends, clients, and staff.

What makes Seishindo MindBody Coaching special is this:

If draws on Oriental wisdom and the concept that expressing your full potential involves unifying your whole self: rational mind, emotional mind, body, and soul.  Oriental wisdom teaches that when people release their fear and anxiety, they generate life sustaining, regenerative power.  The path of reaching one's full potential, involves unifying the whole self: the rational mind, the emotional mind, the body, and the soul.

Seishindo brings together some of the missing pieces from NLP- By clearly showing how to work with the non-verbal wisdom of the body, and how to tap into the deep structure emotional experience that is generated prior to language.

Seishindo incorporates recent discoveries in neuroscience and melds these findings with the age old wisdom taught in Japanese art forms.

I was awed at the life-changing insights participants were able to experience

“My experience of Charlie and the practices of Seishindo have been nothing short of profound. By tapping into my own somatic and emotional sources of wisdom, I can now come from an authentic place in bringing these practices to my executive coaching clients. I was awed at the life-changing insights participants in his workshops were able to experience with his gentle and humble guidance.”

Connie MacKinnon, Executive Coach & Management Consultant, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

It was the most profound and extraordinary workshop that I have ever attended

“The Seishindo workshop “Simple Mind Pure Heart” was the most profound and extraordinary workshop that I have ever attended. Profound because of the miraculous changes that have occurred in me and extraordinary because of the unique methods used to generate those changes.”
