Shooting At Alexandria's Onelife Fitness Kills Suspect, Victim: Police
Alexandria Police say two people died in a shooting at Onelife Fitness and are seeking information from witnesses.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A suspected shooter and victim are dead in a Saturday afternoon at the Onelife Fitness in Alexandria, according to police.
Alexandria Police responded around 4 p.m. Saturday to the Onelife Fitness at 305 Hooff's Run Drive. Officers found two injured men, who were then taken to the hospital. The victim died of his injuries. The suspect, who had a self-inflicted gunshot wound, was initially in critical condition but later died of his injuries.
Police believe the suspect and victim knew each other. According to NBC Washington, the approximately 60 people in the fitness center fled when the shooting happened.

The victim has been identified as Joshua Wilcox, 29, of Maryland. The suspect was identified as Charles Hewitt, 30, of Washington, DC. The medical examiner is conducting autopsies to confirm the cause and manner of death.
