Suspect Steals Purse At Knifepoint In Alexandria
Police are seeking a suspect in the early Friday morning robbery in the Landmark area.
ALEXANDRIA, VA—Alexandria Police are investigating a robbery at knifepoint early Friday.
The robbery happened in the unit block of South Van Dorn Street, according to a police notification sent around 1:40 a.m. Police say the knife-wielding suspect stole a woman's purse. The victim was not injured.
A suspect description is not available, and police did not indicate that the suspect and victim knew each other.
