Chop Shop Taco will be an ode to the automobile chop shop the building formerly housed. The shop will offer varieties of tacos, tortas and snacks. The restaurant is a partnership between Avanti Holdings and Chef Ed McIntosh, who most recently opened Tortilladora in DC.

Other parts of the development include the Marlowe Ink tattoo parlor, Zweet Sport cycling studio and personal training space, a European-style juice and espresso bar at Grateful Kitchen Co. and a funky refurbished warehouse waiting area and event space called The Waiting Room.
