Traffic Advisory: Water Main Break Closes Part of Eisenhower Avenue
Virginia American Water says part of the road will be closed overnight and Friday morning.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — Virginia American Water reports Thursday afternoon there is a water main break, located at 2700 Eisenhower Ave. (near Telegraph Road) in Alexandria. See map below.
The westbound lanes of Eisenhower Avenue will be closed in that area overnight and Friday morning, according to the company. The two eastbound lanes are split and open for two-way traffic.
Motorists should expect delays.
