Vine On The Waterfront: Food, Wine, Music Festival In Alexandria
Calling all wine lovers: Vine on the Waterfront is this weekend in Alexandria.
ALEXANDRIA, VA—Wine and waterfront views: could it get any better? It's a real thing and is happening this weekend. The event is set for Saturday, July 21 from noon-6 p.m., rain or shine, at Oronoco Bay Park (100 Madison Street).
Over 10,000 people are expected to come out and sample local food and wine. Activities include local food and wine tastings, artisans, a children’s corner, and live music.
Attendees will need separate food and wine tickets. Wine tickets provide tastings at all of the participating wineries. Food is priced by tickets and are two to four tickets on average.

Volunteers are still needed throughout the day. Each volunteer will receive a meal ticket for food and nonalcoholic beverages in between their shifts. Sign up here.
The event was originally planned for June 23 but had to be rescheduled. Tickets are available for a limited time on Eventbrite. Patch cannot guarantee ticket availability.
